Guwahati: At least 12 workers died while 21 were seriously injured in a blast at a boiler unit of an electronics manufacturing factory in UP's Hapur on Saturday. A senior official involved in the investigation told TOI that particles of gunpowder were found at the spot. "We think something suspicious was being produced in the factory," the official said.from
