Over 4L hit as floods worsen, man's death takes toll to 16

Another person drowned on Thursday as the flood situation turned grim in Assam in the past 24 hours with the number of flood-affected population of the state going up to 4.03 lakh, according to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA)'s evening bulletin.
