The Assam government has ordered a magisterial probe into the death Dulal Paul, the 65-year-old man who died at Guwahati Medical College Hospital. Paul was lodged in a detention centre since 2017 after being declared a foreigner. He was brought to the GMCH last month and was in the hospital since then for treatment.from
