The Asom Gana Parishad's (AGP's) fresh move to float a students' wing after about 35 years of its formation could bring it at loggerheads with the All Assam Students' Union (Aasu). Both the AGP and the Aasu have, over the years, been the two flag-bearers of Assamese regionalism.
