Upset with the “lack of response from the PMO” resulting in delay in signing the final deal, the NSCN (IM) has released a letter written by its general secretary Th Muivah to PM Narendra Modi in February, urging the latter to make arrangements for them to leave India and resume talks in a third country if their “stay in India is no more welcome.”
