Push to Charaideo dossier work before assembly polls

The Assam government is in the process of finalising the dossier of the Charaideo site, which will be sent to the Centre and then to the Unesco for a world heritage recognition. The move is being seen as an attempt to woo the Ahom community ahead of the 2021 state elections.
