Assam: 64% of young voters who turned 18 this year included in electoral rolls

A total of 64 per cent of 6.46 lakh youths, who turned 18 this year, have been enrolled in the final electoral rolls in Assam. Office of the Assam chief electoral officer (CEO) has given a commitment to the Election Commission that cent percent of the young voters will be enrolled in the electoral rolls before the upcoming assembly polls.
