On Republic Day, the movement of all heavy commercial goods carrying vehicles coming towards Guwahati through National Highways 31 and 37 will be regulated as and when necessary at Khetri, Sonapur, Byrnihat, Jorabat, Jalukbari, Amingaon and Bongara.
