Chandrapur resident moves Gauhati HC on dumping site

With people of Chandrapur up in arms against dumping of garbage, a resident has moved Gauhati High Court contending that Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) proceeded to set up a dumping ground without any scientific study of environmental damage to the verdant eco-sensitive area.
