Two militants, one belonging to the NSCN (Khaplang) and another from NSCN (K2), also known as the NSCN-Khango Konyak faction, surrendered before the Longding superintendent of police, Vikram Harimohan Meena in Arunachal Pradesh's Longding district on Wednesday.
