The Confederation of Indian Small Tea Growers Associations (CISTA) on Sunday said it will not follow the Tea Board’s rule of paying minimum benchmark price to small tea growers and urged the Centre to declare Rs 25 per kg as the minimum support price of green leaf produced by small tea growers.from
