Floods have affected three districts in Assam, temporarily displacing 15,181 people and forcing 656 to take shelter in relief camps, officials said. While Chirang has witnessed flooding in western Assam, Dhemaji and Dibrugarh have been hit in eastern Assam. Dhemaji is the worst-affected district with 10,764 people reeling under the flood.
