The Gauhati High Court has sought a reply from the Assam government as well as the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) as to when they would complete the process of floating a tender for setting up a waste management plant in the Boragaon area so that the construction of the waste plant could then be taken up at the earliest.from
