The 29th biennial conference of Barak Upatyaka Banga Sahitya O Sanskriti Sammelan, an apex literary and cultural organisation, will highlight the demand for ensuring economic autonomy of Assam’s Barak Valley. The three-day biennial conference will be held in Silchar from March 11.
