Union min Teli inaugurates roundabout in Dibrugarh

Union minister of state for petroleum and natural gas, labour and employment Rameswar Teli on Friday inaugurated a roundabout (circular intersection) near the Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) plant at the newly laid four-laned NH-37 in Barbaruah area.
