A return trip from a Raas festival turned into a tragedy for a family in lower Assam's Kamrup district. An 18-month-old boy slipped from his mother's lap and drowned when the e-rickshaw in which the family was travelling hurtled and fell into Kolohi river at Chaygaon in Kamrup district on Saturday night.
