Over three lakh students from government schools in Assam have been identified as ‘ghost children’ in the 2018-19 academic session. This came to light at a meeting of the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), covering elementary, secondary and teacher education departments, which was chaired by chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal at the Janata Bhawan here on Monday.from
