If schools & colleges can reopen, why not universities, Gauhati University students ask

Yes, the pandemic is not over yet but if schools and colleges can be allowed to reopen while following all Covid-related protocols, why not universities, a third semester student at Gauhati University asked. And going by an online survey conducted by a group of students of the institute, 83.3% of the 460 students who participated feel the same way and want to get back to offline classes.
