Assam: Kamrup admin may penalise people caught without masks

With the number of Covid cases in Guwahati rising sharply, authorities and doctors have urged the public to wear masks to slow down the spread of the virus, while the Kamrup Metropolitan district administration is planning to impose fines on those not wearing masks.
