Amid rising cases of Covid-19 in Assam, chief minister Sarbanana Sonowal on Tuesday took stock of the situation in lower Assam districts of Goalpara, Dhubri, South Salmara, Bongaigaon, Kokrajhar and Chirang in Goalpara and asked the deputy commissioners to be proactive in taking new steps to contain the second wave of the pandemic.from
