Covid graph rising after polls, Assam steps up testing, tracing & treatment

Assam has stepped up testing, tracing and treatment along with vaccination to contain the second wave of the Covid-19, which appears to have been triggered by more than five weeks of feverish election campaigning flouting safety norms in the state, at the initial stage.
