None of my ministers knows Hindi, appoint chief secretary with Mizo language: Zoramthanga urges Amit Shah

After the MHA appointed Mizoram’s chief secretary in a “never before” instance, chief minister Zoramthanga has written to Union home minister Amit Shah urging him to modify the order and appoint someone else who has a “working knowledge of Mizo language” as none of his ministers and most of the Mizos do not understand Hindi.
