Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday announced partial relaxation in night curfew for Bhogali or Magh Bihu celebrations from Thursday. The night curfew timings will be 11 am to 4 am during Bihu, instead of the 10 pm to 6am period.
