Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) on Friday lodged an FIR against three Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) employees alleging fraud in medical reimbursement bills.The accused employees are Hiteswar Das, Surjyakanta Boro and Debajoit Konwar.
