Gauhati High Court, pronouncing a judgment in a petition filed by former vice-chancellor of Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University (KKHSOU), Kandarpa Das challenging his suspension order, refused to interfere in the matter leaving it for departmental/disciplinary proceedings.
