Ahead of election, GSCL begins process of installing streetlights

The Guwahati Smart City Limited (GSCL) has begun the process of installing streetlights, which is a demand of city residents, under the second phase of the “Project Jyoti” scheme ahead of the GMC polls to be held on April 22. The budget for the second phase of the project is Rs 14.
