The court of NIA Special Judge in New Delhi has convicted the commander-in-chief of Manipur’s banned terrorist organization Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), Laishram Ranjit Meitei alias Manao, and sentenced him to seven years of rigorous imprisonment.
