Police in a joint joint operation with the CRPF 171 battalion arrested one Ulfa (I) handler, identified as Bhargav Gogoi, from his residence at Bamunbari, Tingkhong area in Dibrugarh district on Sunday. He was produced before the court and sent to two-day police remand.
