Amid reports of mass recruitment of new members by Ulfa (Independent), an extortion bid on a trader of green tea leaves by suspected Ulfa-I rebels have come to light in Tinsukia district. The incident, which took place on Tuesday night, was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the house.
