Alliance Air Aviation Limited is going to introduce fixed-wing flight services from Dibrugarh to Pasighat, Tezu, Ziro, Mechuka and Tuting in Arunachal Pradesh. The airlines has planned an inaugural flight in the Dibrugarh-Lilabari-Pasighat-Guwahati sector on April 12.
