In one of the biggest boosts to cancer care in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate seven cancer care hospitals in Assam on April 28. Health minister Keshab Mahanta on Sunday reviewed the arrangements of the hospitals in the upper Assam region.
