A 28-year-old man was arrested and heroin worth around Rs 4 crore was seized by police from a car at Kathalgul in Karimganj on Thursday.The accused, Aftar Hussain, is a cousin brother of former minister and current South Karimganj MLA Siddique Ahmed.
