Assam governor and Dibrugarh University chancellor Jagdish Mukhi has appointed registrar Prof Jiten Hazarika as the new vice-chancellor (V-C) of Dibrugarh University. He will take over charge from present V-C in-charge Prof Lila Kanta Nath.
