A 10-year-old boy drowned in the Brahmaputra river in Poolbagan area of Dibrugarh on Friday. The minor was identified as Kanai Basfor, a resident of Santipara ward 12 of Dibrugarh town. An SDRF team has been enaged to locate the missing boy.
