The Dibrugarh University Post Graduate Students' Union's (DUPGSU's) protest against the fee hike decision of the authorities entered its eighth day on Tuesday. Members of the students' body have been on a strike since the evening of August 23 after the Dibrugarh University issued a notification announcing a hike in the annual fees for its arts, science and commerce streams.from
