A teacher of a government-run primary school at Thangpui village in southern Mizoram's Lunglei district was arrested on Saturday for allegedly taking off the uniform of a Class I girl student when her mother threatened to take her out of school because of the treatment being meted out to her daughter by a "bully" and the alleged indifference of the authorities concerned to it.from
