Medical fraternity opposes Assam's decision to raise doctors' retirement age from 65 to 70 years

Assam, which earned the distinction earlier this month to become the country's pioneer state to increase the retirement of doctors from 65 to 70 years, is now facing opposition from within the medical fraternity over blanket increase in retirement age.
