The Konyak Civil Society organization, through a bunch of strict regulations to execute "non-cooperation" against Indian armed forces for the killing of 14 villagers on December 4 and 5, has directed all landowners within the jurisdiction of the Konyak tribe to denounce agreements allotting land for setting up military bases and also ban Army recruitment rallies and participation in Mon district until "justice is delivered."from
