The CBI on Wednesday night arrested chief electrical engineer of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), VK Upadhyay, in connection with a bribery case in which the investigative agency had on Tuesday arrested the accused’s deputy, Ranjit Kumar Borah, and bribe giver Niraj Kumar while exchanging a bribe amount of Rs 15 lakh at the NFR headquarter.from
