A Congress delegation of leaders comprising AICC general secretary in-charge of Assam, Jitendra Singh, Lok Sabha MP Gaurav Gogoi and AICC general secretary in-charge of Nagaland, Ajoy Kumar, was stopped at the Jorhat airport as they were on their way to Nagaland to meet the families of the civilians killed in the firing by Assam Rifles last week. The interim Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, had directed the delegation to visit Nagaland.from
