The families of firing victims from Oting village in Nagaland's Mon district, who were killed by a special force unit of the Army on December 4 in a botched operation, have refused to accept a tranche of government compensation of over Rs 18 lakh until the personnel involved are brought to justice and the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act is withdrawn from the NE region.from
