In a bid to achieve zero-accident goal during the December 31 celebrations and bring down overall mishaps in the state, transport minister Chandra Mohan Patowary flagged off nine highly advanced Traffic Interceptor Vehicles (TIV)s at Assam Administrative Staff College here on Tuesday.
