Assam: Bhattadev University registrar Guruprasad Khataniar held for seeking bribe

The registrar of Bhattadev University, Guruprasad Khataniar, was arrested by the vigilance and anti-corruption (VAC) branch of state police in Guwahati on Saturday on charges of demanding a bribe.
