Police recovered 19 sacks of blank cartridges and live ammunition from a scrap godown in the Napukhuri area of Tinsukia town on Thursday, ahead of the Independence Day. One person was arrested during the operation led by Tinsukia DSP Hiranya Kumar Borah.
