Send political envoys if willing to discuss sovereignty, says Ulfa-I to Assam government

In a clear message that shows its intent to engage in a dialogue, Ulfa (I) has asked the government to send political envoys and not military officials if it decides to discuss with the approval of Parliament its core demand of "restoration of Assam's sovereignty".
