Assam CM hands over Rs 4 lakh FD each to 1,105 ex-NDFB rebels

Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma distributed fixed deposits (FDs) of Rs 4 lakh to each of the 1,105 of former National Democratic Front of Boroland (NDFB) cadres belonging to different factions who abjured violence and joined the government's peace initiative.
