Two people, a man, and a woman, were killed in a clash between two groups over a land dispute in Assam's Darrang district. Nine others were injured and have been taken to a nearby hospital. The clash occurred due to a long-standing bitterness over the land, which escalated into a violent confrontation. Eight people have been arrested in connection with the incident, and an investigation has been launched. The police will seek custody of the arrested individuals for interrogation.from
