A seven-year-old lioness gave birth to two healthy cubs at the Assam State Zoo in Guwahati on Tuesday. The number of lions in the zoo has now increased to seven. The mother and the cubs are being constantly monitored through CCTV cameras and mats and heaters have been placed for them to keep them warm in the cold.from
