The Assam cabinet has decided to build a CM's secretariat in Dibrugarh and a Raj Bhavan in Tezpur in addition to the existing ones in Dispur. The decisions were taken during a cabinet meeting chaired by chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Dibrugarh on Monday.from
